On behalf of the Head of Department, Staff and Students of Civil Engineering Department, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Nigeria I warmly welcome you to this webpage of LAUTECH Journal of Civil and Environmental Studies (LAUJOCES). The maiden edition of LAUJOCES was published in September 2018. Since then, we have never relented in keeping our mandate of publishing TWO Volumes per year (March and September), as a pathfinding academic journal of the Department of Civil Engineering, LAUTECH. LAUJOCES provides a veritable platform for dissemination of new research outputs, latest technologies and discoveries that promote research, academic excellence and sustainable development.

It is therefore my great pleasure to invite you for submission of original academic and research articles for the Next Edition of LAUJOCES. Articles written in English Language are accepted for publications after thorough peer reviews have been undertaken. LAUJOCES welcomes studies in the forms of research articles, case studies, technical notes and book reviews. Single line spaced articles should not be more than 10000, 6000 and 2000 words for reviews, research papers and technical notes, respectively. The articles should include an abstract containing maximum of 250 words and six keywords. Manuscripts with outstanding research contributions, good organization and clearly written in English Language are usually given preferences.
